Let’s get ready to Rumble…Ramble…and Rattle!

Join a knowledgeable team of experts as you journey to the native habitat of one of the prairies’ most notorious and misunderstood species – the Prairie Rattlesnake!

You and eleven others will be guided by park staff to a remote overwintering site used by multiple snake species. Spend time with a herpetologist (reptile specialist) to learn and search for the Prairie Rattlesnake as well as other reptiles that inhabit Grasslands National Park.
