Join nature inspired professional artist, traditionally trained yoga educator and longtime meditation practitioner, Diana Chabros, to explore within and without, the vast expanse that is grasslands and the boundless heart/mind each of us is gifted with.

Using the techniques of reflective walking in grasslands (a simple intentional assignment will be provided to registrants upon arrival), simple breath and visualization meditations, plus intuitive process painting to further deepen emerging insights, participants will explore their relationship with the land, themselves and other beings through the lens of four immeasurable (or boundless) qualities; loving kindness, equanimity, compassion, and sympathetic joy. We’ll also learn how the witness lens can support us amidst global and personal change
